There was a phone interview by a recruiter after which I was given a one on one interview with a district manager. While i didn't think that I did that well with him he sent me from that interview to meet my would be branch manager for an interview. That interview consisted of a few questions and an exercise of handing out Huntington pens to Giant Eagle customers. I did quite well at that. Over all questions were typical and the approach was super professional and a little intimidating.
