The interview process was very personable and different from many of the other CPA firms I have interviewed for in the past. There is no running list of behavioral questions and it feels more like a genuine conversation. I was able to ask many questions that would help me determine if the firm was a right fit. I would still recommend reflecting back on prior experiences so you are able to bring up any accomplishments or even mistakes that you have learned from. The best way to prepare yourself for this interview is to really ask yourself why you are pursuing public accounting and how you plan to meet your career goals in a mid-sized firm.
