Terrible, they were 20 minutes late to each interviews. You meet with recruiter, then meet with hiring managers, then a third meeting is scheduled with the team. They do not respect your time and the engineers that interviewed me were rude and 1 in particular clearly did not understand troubleshooting, configuration and had a lack of etiquette. The engineers interviewing, that were late, had to ask the hiring manager what position I was interviewing for..

Hiring process was a mess and they clearly don't have their stuff together. Applied on their website for the level 2 engineer position with 5 or less years of experience. Recruiter reached out via email and still needed my resume and other questions you'd get from a recruiter that's probing for candidates, not someone that's already applied and filled out info. Anyway, the process was drawn out just to talk to the hiring manager. The first scheduled appointment she completely missed--big red flag. Had to call recruiter to see what the deal was and to reschecule. We did and part-way through the interview while sharing my experience (or lack therof), EVEN though the position specifically wasn't looking for anyone super senior level, I was basically cut off and told "her team stands at the TOP of the IT teams" and therefore was suggested to apply for the lower positions. What the hell? This is the same bait and switch as entry level jobs looking for people with 9 years of experience. If you're not going to be honesty in the JD, why would you waste both of our times if you're going to be elitist about your REAL requirements?? Wasted two precious lunch periods from their disorganization and lies.
