I submitted my resume and was immendiately called by a recruiter for a phone interview, after two days I received an email for a face to face interview. The day of the interview I got there early, they have a security personnel and my name was not in the system as scheduled for interview, after 20 minutes someone came to get me. My impression was not the best, I was treated courtesly or politely but they all lack of professionalism, it looks to me the company let the present hired personnel to perform the interviews and then they choose who they " like" the most, I was interviewed by two ladies, they didnt identify themselves just by their names and none of them was the person I was supposed to be interviewed by as per the email I received, they asked me the cockie- cutter questions developed by companies to factory hire employees, in the middle of the interview someone knocked on the door and laughing were discussing with them who wil do my interview then who will do the next and so, I really left not wanting to be hired by them, it lacks of professionalism let me hopeless and thinking on the poor people that receive care from them.

Interviewed with two managers, they each asked six difficult questions that required detailed answers. The interview lasted 30 minutes, and they said they I would receive a reply in approximately 1-2 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and still have not gotten feedback.
