Initial phone, then in-person interview with five people. Initial phone interview was about half an hour with two people, mainly looking for verification of what I said on my resume. Informal questions, more discussion around approach. Group interview lasted about an hour then went to lunch with two of the interviewees. Low stress, friendly people. Entire process was coordinated by a corporate recruiter who did a good job of communicating and responding to questions. Process was longer than expected due to it being around the holiday season when things slow down and people are out.
