When you are an internal candidate, they must perform an internal reference check with your current leader. I received interview request from hiring manager. Met with other clinical managers, director, and medical director for interview in an onsite office, resume was already there when arrived. Each person asked about 2-3 questions. Overall great interview process. Still waiting to hear back, other interviews in progress
