I applied online, and was contacted by email for an in-person interview about a week later. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes and was pretty generic. No prep necessary, just know your resume well and why you want to work for HRF. They got back to me within a few hours with an offer.
Really nice, building was clean and great, and everyone who I interacted with was gracious. I also really enjoyed my conversation with my interviewer and heard back within a week.

Easy phone interview, asked me to review my resume with them, asked for relevant experience. Overall very quick and painless, no prep necessary. they got back to me with an offer within hours.
