I was invited to three interviews. The first one was a short phone call with a Strategy Director to learn about my background and motivation to join. The second followed the same topics but was more in-depth and face to face. Great care was taken to identify whether Human Innovation would be a right match for my personality and ambition which I found a unique and refreshing approach to take. The third and final interview was a prepared case study and meeting with the CEO. Again, this was a two-way conversation in which I was given the opportunity to ask a lot of questions about the company. Overall I would rate this interviewing experience very highly. They were professional but ultimately human and it seems like a great environment for ambitious individuals who are not afraid to take up responsibility.
