I had about 2 phone interviews. On the job description it said that you didn't have to be super knowledgeable about technical aspects. However, on the 2nd phone interview, I was asked a bunch of technical questions I did not know. They offered if I'd like to be considered for another position, but I wasn't super keen on the recruiting aspect of the company.

Had a phone interview, that lasted roughly 15 minutes. The recruiter told that a decision would be made the follow and to expected a call back. The next he called informing me that I was not selected for a 2nd interview.

It was via skype. Typical questions but with a millennial feel to it. They want to see that you're a good fit. Just seem happy and competent and you should get the gig.

Recruiting Website contacted me first, had me fill out a literacy test and internet speed test. Next, formal interview with recruiter and then skype interview with Hulu hiring managers the next day.
