After scheduling an interview at a career fair, one video interview discussing a web page and how I would go about testing it. Relatively informal, no technical experience necessary to succeed.

Entrevista
I was approached by their technical recruiter via email. First phone interview was introductory and wanted to move by requesting that I submit a test automation project inside 7 days. I did. The second interview was in-person with 2 QA engineers at their Lincoln, Nebraska office. The interview itself was a round-robin style Q&A discussion. Overall, it was conducted very well.
They asked a few questions I'd expect would be asked of someone who has never written a line of code ever and has never done automated testing. I was prepared to discuss at length the test project I submitted, basically going over thought process, problems I'd overcame, some of the fringe cases I found, etc. Since it was in a toolset and language I'd never used for test automation in the past, I was excited to talk about it. But they only mentioned that they saw it and liked it. They asked nothing more about it. Easily the most disappointing part of the interview.
