Over 4 rounds of interview and a really heavy task for a role that's pretty junior with less pay. First round included a screening with the HR, then an interview with the Director, then a task and a final round with 6 different team members. After being successful with 3 rounds, it came down to being asked almost the same questions by the team. They were all typing away or had a notepad and jotting down things you responded which is normal but it was almost like you're being studied. One of them even turned up late and didn't apologise. Most of them didn't allow any time for questions and just asked one question after another. Terrible experience and a waste of time and energy.
