      Entrevista

      Recruiter conversation followed by 3 conversations. First one is the 1 hour long management interview, 2nd one is the 30 min talk about cultural fit and the 3rd one is a 45 min talk with the regional director about targets and such. Don't bother applying when you do not have SaaS experience because either your application will get rejected right away or you will never make it through the process because there's candidates that have SaaS experience and they will pretty much always choose them over you. It's the 'typical' corporate approach of just picking someone by ticking the boxes and not thinking a little bit outside those boxes.

      Why leave your current job? What would your process be when you don’t hit your target 3 months in a row? Tell me about a high pressure situation you have been in. Tell me when you failed and how you came back from that. Tell me about a time you disagreed with the feedback your manager gave you. What are the KPIs at your current company? Tell me about a difficult negotiation. Do you want to tell me something you have prepared for that I haven’t asked you? What (5) questions do you have for me (depending on the time that's left). What do you do to stay ahead of the information that the prospective clients have of your company? Tell me about a great win/achievement. Walk me through your sales process. Tell me about a time when you missed your target. No discovery call or cold calling roleplay, but be prepared for this regardless, because they are going to do this soon!

      Very thorough and transparent interview process. Make sure you come well-prepared and can confidently speak to your ability to consistently execute 50+ outbound calls per day. I would also recommend highlighting a structured sales system you’ve successfully used and be prepared to walk through it in detail—from territory mapping and prospect research to outbound outreach, meeting generation, pipeline management, and follow-up cadence. The more you can demonstrate a repeatable, process-driven approach to generating results, the stronger your candidacy will be. Additionally, have specific metrics and success stories ready that showcase how your system has translated into meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
