I had a recruiter reach out to me a few months ago without having ever applying here. Since I had known about Hubspot for a while and had heard good things, I jumped on the opportunity, only to be ghosted by the recruiter after the first call which lasted 30-45 minutes. It was such a waste of my time, especially considering the fact that I was not actively looking for something and they reached out to me. There went any respect I had for Hubspot.

After speaking to the recruiter and the hiring manager I was asked to do a take home case study that took me 15+ hours. The deliverable was a 3 minute recorded presentation. A few days after submitting my video the recruiter called me saying that there had been an offer out to another candidate and they had finally accepted. No one ever watched my video (and I know this because you'd get alerts when people viewed it).
