Confusing and lengthy, not much feedback offered throughout the process. Typical interview questions - nothing specifically related to role. Hiring manager did not communicate well about the role's expectations and I would not look to interview with this organization again

The first round is an HR Screening, then a SQL Exam, then a technical test. The final round is a qualitative interview for fit. They are very clear and transparent about the process and timeline from the start which is really nice.

Overall, I'm really disappointed in the process. After doing hours of research into Hubspot and its culture code, I was excited to potentially join and be part of a talented group of people. But after this experience, I'll think twice. Very unfortunate to an otherwise very promising company.
1 - I applied directly on Hubspot's website and was followed up with an initial phone interview with a Hubspot recruiter
2 - Phone interview with recruiter went well and decided to move onto the next phone interview, speaking directly with the VP of the group.
3 - Scheduled within 3 days of initial call and had phone interview with VP of group. Went really well and was really impressed during conversation. Decided to bring me back on-site.
4 - One week goes by...no response.
5 - Two weeks go by...no response. Decided to call the office and learned recruiter left the company. Left voicemail to VP, no response as well.
