Intense, professional and direct process. Very laser focused. Also junior in some ways, not negative necessarily, but sometimes didn't have their act together as they are so busy. I chalked that up to lack of life experiences and maturity. Seemed offended that I didn't jump at their offer. But it didn't meet my requirements, and they didn't seem to get that. Told me they only make offers to 3% of the candidates. That told me they weren't listening to my requirements in the interview, thus didn't truly value 'me'
