Explained previous roles, experience, education and how I would be a fit into HubSpot and the role. Hiring Manager Zoom was great as well. They are asking behavior questions and want you to use the Star method throughout. I felt the interviews went well but only received an automatic email stating they were not moving forward. When I asked for helpful guidance or in-depth answer for the rationale of not moving forward to the next stage, I was blanked over email. If an applicant makes effort to learn about the role, products and takes time off work, I would recommend giving them feedback as you state on your website - Feedback helps us grow. We share feedback with candidates after interviews to help them improve for the future, and we always ask how we can improve via our candidate survey and Glassdoor reviews.

Initial contact by a recruiter, a really nice and professional person then 3 rounds of interviews with 3 different people. I ended up being rejected because i am more of a sales person and they are looking for someone with a certain balance between sales and customer service (their words). I appreciate the feedback though and how professional the process was.
