Very honest and clear expectations, very open communications too. the hiring manager and the recuiter was amazing, she allowed me to be myself her major feedback was i should work on my stakeholder alignment 1. How do you engage a stakeholder that you have no direct contact with as a csm 2. focus on the star method compared to Amazon, which requires 3-5 minutes for most of the responses. 2 minutes to 3 minutes was more than enough 3. Have failures stories 4. Have a feedback story and also be agile in your responses and thinking.
