Sent my CV which was perfectly accurate and up to date. A few days later a phone interview was scheduled. I had the impression they had no intention of hiring me as they kept saying that the person for this role needs two years experience. I'm not sure what two years they were expecting me to gain in the week since I sent my application. Either they didn't read bother to my CV or someone was just using me to make up a quota of candidates interviewed. Complete waste of my time.
