The interview process was challenging, thought provoking, yet comfortable. The recruiter did a great job preparing me for each round. She gave direct feedback and was passionate about wanting me to succeed and be prepared. The managers asked questions directed around specific traits and answers were given in STAR method. Everyone I spoke with was awesome and very easy to talk to. Although the job description talked about not needing to be a perfect candidate, it seemed they had a perfect customer success candidate background in mind rather than someone from sales. The company is looking to align sales and customer success more, so perhaps will be more open to other backgrounds in the future.
Overall, great interview process with a deep understanding of who the are looking for to join the team and why HubSpot specifically.

Why HubSpot? Why Customer Success? Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer? Customer first mentality? The recruiter was really helpful with preparing you for the questions and gives you lots of information to make sure you are comfortable with the process.

45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
