Standard online application with follow-up one-way interview (already a turn-off). Rejected before and after this step multiple times but have never gotten a response when I've asked how I might strengthen my resume. I suppose if their goal is to dissuade you from ever applying again by completely turning you off the company, then this is quite an effective strategy.
