The Interview process generally consisted of three rounds. I was rejected in the 2nd round, On a holistic note I would say the process is bit ambiguous. Round 1 : You will be given 3 hours to solve a coding question that looks similar to the actual one that engineers at Hubspot work. After this round, I was contacted by the recruiter who told me that, the next round would be a HR phone interview. Then after a week had a phone call with the recruiter, who asked me basic behavioural questions. I was rejected after this round, was literally unable to understand why they prefer HR phone interview after the coding test, instead of technical questions.
