Three phone interviews and an in person interview. You'll have to learn the basics of the software to do a trial support call with a manager so they can see if you can talk to customers. The in person interview is a lot of behavioral questions.

Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me through linked in for position and did phone interview and wanted to move me through the process. Next I moved through the demo process and customer service lead was on her phone most of the time and was not professional or transparent. In the end, didnt here until a week later and they don't provide feed back because of how much people they are hiring which is unfortunate. Wouldn't reccomend since I had such a horrible and unprofessional experience .
