First Round - Recruiter call Second Round - Take home Coding test. Onsite - 4 rounds 1st round - System Design Was good. But the interviewers were very young and they were leading the teams. Personally I felt they did not have enough knowledge to lead the teams. The products that they are working on is not something cool. Its mostly about sending emails . 2nd Round - Database Design This was something interesting and challenging. 3rd round -Coding Interview The person who took the coding interview did not have any algorithmic knowledge and had only one solution in mind and did not understand the any other logic. Please respect the people who come for the interview and make sure to validate the solution. Make sure first the interviewer understands what he or she is asking. 4th round - Manager Round Was more about the work culture and previous experience talks.
