      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en HubSpot (Chicago, IL) en ene 2026

      Entrevista

      Internal recruiter pinged me on LinkedIn to say she’s filling a role and my success at current job seems good fit would I like to book a short conversation. Convo was a grill session I was sweating about mnemonics and KPIs no one knows. Notified I had second interview and they provide a TON of material to study, which I did for hours which paid off because second interview was amazing both directions. Senior sales manager said excellent interview and was excited to talk again. They emailed me I got third interview, more materials to study with more mnemonics and role play specifics that are required in great detail, to make sure I did xyz for interview to be successful. Internal recruiter called me to say great job, that the role also has a great trip to San Francisco I’ll love for training and social time at great restaurants, with precise dates, and I added them to my calendar. Prepped and took off work because it was two 60-90 min long interviews in a row with a gap in between. Phenomenal feedback from both. Said can’t say I got job but didn’t see why I would not get an offer today. 4 hours later I got time-stamped on the hour (schedule to send later?) email to say I did not get the job, sorry, if I want feedback reach out. From a “do not reply” email. Smh. If you want to waste 15 hours of your life to apply and be rejected then this company is for you.
