What interview? They hired me over the phone. I didn't really even know I had the job till orientation, and I said " I guess this means I have the job"? And the person doing orientation said" yes, they didnt tell you"? The hiring process was a joke. The dude I talked to on the phone was just filling a seat to get commission, they dont care who they hire. That's why they have a horrible turn over.
Very quick and easy asked her CDL information, asked her past experience, asked if I ever had any moving violations, or collisions asked to what type of job I want
Was quick, a little unorganized but fast process. Hair follicle drug test and urine test once everything checks out. Some recruiters work faster and better than others but either way it gets done
It was a pretty fluid experience. The people were nice and helpful. They answered questions when asked. The interviewer was pretty knowledgeable about the company. It was honestly just a regular phone conversation asked some background
