I came in for my first interview and met with Katie Nummer and Kevin Schoening. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very comfortable. They were both easy to talk to and presented questions clearly throughout the interview. I was able to ask a few of my own questions, which they responded to and gave me good insight about the company. They seemed to really enjoy working for Hub Group and that made me excited. At the end of the interview i was told I would receive a call sometime that week and they would set up a second interview. I received a call the following day and they offered me the position, which i gladly accepted.
