I was contacted through a headhunter. Then I had three interviews in their offices. The last one was with the hiring manager and his boss. There were technical and customer-related questions. The process was normal.

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.
