Technical questions. Difficult to understand the English used by the Chinese interviewers. Questions were technical. They asked me my age which they shouldn't have. The waiting time for their answer was very long (months). I had two interviews.
Interview process was good 10 years ago, 2 rounds of interview. done with senior manager and head of Dpt.
Interviewers were very friendly and super professional.
HR was very friendly too. they given an assignments and presented to them a few days later

lengthy job interview with alot of unclarity , delay, gap with no clear feedback on where are we standing in the process. you need to do the followup as no professionalism in hiring process is shown
