Disrespectful and unprofessional.
Interviewer was more than 30 minutes late to the meeting and kept me waiting in the reception. When he arrived, he was on the phone for another 15 minutes.

Communication awful. Lengthy process. Job available, job not available. Informal offer made but no budget to take me on. Should have listened to my gut feeling and not joined. Communication hasn't improved and wish I had never started or wasted my time even going for interviews with Huawei. Cultural differences are mentioned at interview stage however no one tells you as it really is. It's not a place for everyone. If you are happy to work in an environment that is mostly negative and quite depressing, you will so fine. If you're generally quite positive, don't bother as this will be sucked out of you within a matter of days and weeks.

Culture mentioned numerous occasions, how would feel about working for a Chinese company, they work differently... Felt interviewers were not completely open about this point. Weak uk management, over zealous Chinese management.
