First you apply on their website, you fill out a form asking for more information. Next a senior vice president calls you and asks some questions to see if you are a good fit. Then a mentor calls and does the same except they set up a ride along with them. Once all that's done and they like what you've said and they think you'll be a good fit for this line of work, it's up to you to if you want the job or not. If all goes well and you like what you see, sign some papers and get to work! I suggest you go and get your insurance license before the ride along point of it, they're not giving you a free trip to wherever they're flying you for the ride along.
