First had to fill out an online pre-screening form on their residency website. After the deadline for the pre-screening closed, it took about a week to receive an invitation to their in-person pre-screening event where you interview with recruiters. After this event, it took approximately three weeks to hear back to schedule a second interview with a unit manager. After that, it took an additional week to schedule a third interview with the unit director and a fellow staff nurse from the unit.

Received an email for invitation to attend pre-screening event. First round is 15 min pre-screening event with all of Houston Methodist. Second round 30 mins is a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams.
