The first part is on letter writing, where a scenario was given and I had to show empathy in the reply. In the scenario, a lady recently got divorced and her husband left home leaving the household in debt. The lady was requesting HDB to allow the transfer of tenancy from her husband's name to her name but under HDB regulations, this is not allowed. She also requested for HDB not to take any legal actions against her for the arrears accumulated. The second part is the actually interview with a panel of 6-7 interviewers. Very generic questions were asked and the talking was done mostly by 1 person.
