Call with HR, technical take home, followed by a team call, and lastly a call with the HM. Had a great initial experience and liked the team but have been waiting on feedback for weeks. Followed up multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Was looking forward to possibly working with them but did not get any feedback or a rejection. Please be upfront with candidates on timelines!

Applied online. Received an invite to schedule a call with the recruiter. After the basic description, the recruiter decided to take me to the next round and sent an assessment to complete and send to them in 72hours. I completed it and they replied after a week telling I was selected for the next round with team members and asked for my availability. I gave them my availability but din't hear back anything. After following up with the recruiter for 3weeks he sent me a rejection email without any reason. I still don't understand how they selected me for the next round and then rejected without even conducting the interview.
