During the interviews at Horizon Innovations, I got the feeling that they were very professional, yet fun people to be around. I heard a bunch of laughing in the conference room during my second interview, which is always a good sign. The first interview will be short by the way.

Entrevista
When they hire people, they're looking for a good attitude, a history of a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Besides that, professionalism and integrity are what the company is founded on. So, if you have these things going on then the chances are pretty good that they'll give you a shot.

Entrevista
This was a two step process, well 3 really, but overall it wasn't too difficult to get the preliminary interview scheduled with the recruiter. I just submitted my application through the company's website and got a call back pretty quickly. I met with the management staff on two different occasions, passed a background check and drug screening, and it was go-time after that. I love it so far.
