I had a short interview with HR, after the interview I've received a home assignment. This is a home assignment which i have never seen before, this wasn't an assignment rather than asking me to write them a whole strategic plan for their chargeback issues.

This felt like they are collecting answers from fraud professionals in order to find solutions rather than finding employees, they don't want to pay for consultancy so they "hire". It's also worth mentioning that it took them 3 weeks to reply to 2 small questions i've asked regarding the task.
