I applied online. Few days later, they sent me an email asking me to complete a 2-hour analytics test. This was odd because other companies do a phone interview first, then have the candidate do the exercise. You're given 2 hours to complete the exercise that was answering bunch of questions using data in Google sheets. It took me almost the entire 2 hours. Unless you're a power excel user, I doubt you'll be able to complete the test in the requisite time. Then it took another 30 minutes writing out the summary.
Since there wasn't an initial phone call or next steps discussed, I had no idea what happens next or when to hear back. Even after I submitted my test and summary, I didn't get any response, not even a simple thank you. I followed up a week later but still didn't hear anything back.
Like other candidates who posted here, this was one of my worst experiences since there was no transparency or timeline about the process. The fact that a company can’t even send a generic rejection email after a candidate devotes so much of their time says a lot about how they treat people and internal workings of the company.

Held true to form of the information on their website: recruiter screen, hiring manager, take home assessment & presentation. Everyone I spoke to was nice and seemed to truly care about the company's mission. I do believe while the process took some time, each interview was only 30 minutes and included only a few questions on either side. They seemed too quick and not really engaging. Actually felt too simple for the level of seniority this position would hold.
