Asking very open ended strategy and organizational culture related questions with a heavy slant towards needing inside corporate knowledge & experience to properly and completely answer. Without knowing specifics of their strategic plan and business was objectives, the question was impossible for an “outsider” to answer intelligently. Outside of providing generic business strategy, presentation techniques, and general business management guidelines- the question could not be genuinely answered by an outsider.

Screened by recruiter, then met with hiring manager who did a detailed review of my resume and what seemed like a checklist of qualifications and experiences. No questions about how I approach things or solve problems — just a checklist.
