The interview process with this company is an absolute disaster. They make it very obvious they are a startup with their poor interview process and communication During the process, I went through 4 interviews. Phone screen with the recruiter. Then video interview with the hiring manager. Then video interview with the Director of Underwriting. Then video interview with the recruiter again. After that 6 week process, all I got was silence. I invested hours and hours into the process and at the end, Honeycomb couldn’t even send out a response. I had to follow up 3 times after the final interview with them only for the recruiter to send a very weird and generic response. Over the 6 weeks process, I spent hours away from my current role to make time for Honeycomb. The fact that they couldn’t even send an update after that lengthy process tells me all I need to know. Stay away from interviewing with this company. It’s a waste of time.
