I was initially given a phone interview where I went over my resume with the recruiter and the supervisor of the position. We then discussed the job itself and they asked about some specific things in my resume. The call lasted about 30 minutes. I received an email from the recruiter about 2 days later asking me if I could fly out to Santa Clarita for an in person interview. I flew out a couple of weeks later and had an in person interview with the recruiter, supervisor, and chief engineer. It was more or less the same as the phone interview except with an additional person. The whole thing lasted a couple of hours including them taking me out to lunch.
