Two interviews. One via phone then they brought me in for an in-person interview. The first interview was rather basic where they confirmed what was on my resume. The second interview was in their office where I met with two sales team leaders.

First Interview is a Phone screening interview, second interview is a sales demo interview with a sales manager/director, third is an in-person behavioral interview with a sales director or executive.

Entrevista
Interview was great, they used a third party recruiter right up until the 3rd interview. My interview with the team was good, but the follow up afterwards was a disaster. I was offered the job, but not sent the offer package. HR didn’t respond to my emails. And since the start date was a month away, they felt the need to not give me information or my package until my start date. When I finally got it, the compensation in the offer letter was significantly less than what I was told it would be.
