The interview process includes four rounds: an intro call with the recruiter, a meeting with the design manager, a design challenge with designers, and a session with the PM. The intro call was very insightful thanks to Alex's knowledge about the role, the team, and the company. Similarly, during the other sessions, everyone in the interview was engaging, supportive, and insightful. Throughout the journey, Alex and JaQuille communicated the expectations clearly, making the process straightforward.

Meet the Talent Team w/Alex - It was an introductory round which included more of getting to know the business and team. The conversation was free flowing and information about the business during the conversation helped me understand the business and design department in a better manner
