Initial phone screen with general introductions and resume run down. If positive, there is a follow up Technical phone screen with follow up of multiple technical interviews, design and leadership.
If you want a company that invites you to a virtual onsite interview 5 weeks after the last interview, then you should try HomeX. I even kindly followed up one week after the interview, and they still ghosted me for another 4 weeks.
