Entrevista
I applied by sending my resume to their HR. I was first interviewed by HR wherein I was asked about my career goals and about myself. It was a quick and very friendly interview. I was then interviewed by the manager who asked about the specifics (e.g. cost savings, recommendations) of past projects. We also had a technical discussion regarding certain engineering concepts. An hour after the said interview I signed a contract with Lafarge.

Conversación normal con dos personas del equipo. Hablamos sobre softwares, proyectos y el rol que pude haber tenido. Yo hice un par de preguntas y lo dejamos por incompatibilidad en la fecha de inicio.

Behavioral Only interview in a casual setting. Only online. I wouldn't worry too much about it, there weren't any technical parts or questions that threw me off. Focus on being personable and show you can function in an ambiguous environment.

Good and very pleasant, they asked me about my university projects and what i learned during the years. Also they wanted to know what are my skills and what is good for my academic background.
