I applied on their website and got an email two weeks later from the recruiter for a phone interview as a first step. Two days later, I was offered to come to their HQ to meet him and his boss on a Friday. After many emails to find the perfect time, I took the time to travel there (1 hour) and had an excellent discussion with both of them. On Monday, I emailed the recruiter to thank him and his boss and asked for some details regarding our meeting. I then never heard back from them. No answer, not even an automatic email saying my application was dismissed. I found it very disrespectfull and was so disappointing by the company. If this is their mentality, I am glad I never get any news.
