I sent my CV to the company's e-mail addresses. After a while, they called me. The company told me about the interview time and I went to the interview on the same day. They asked me questions about my major, and I answered in detail as much as I tried.

Short in person interview on site. Met with three engineers and talked about my experience and expected responsibilities of the job. The engineers asked some technical questions and asked about my leadership style.
