Preliminary informal chat over the phone. Followed by a 1 on 1 in person interview at the Manchester office. The 1 on 1 interview consisted of a general chat about my career history, then some relatively standard marketing questions, a presentation of my own portfolio (copywriting, design, social posts etc), and then a presentation of my proposed social plan for the entire Group's multiple social media accounts.

1 hour long interview with the Marketing Manager - lots of industry questions and a portfolio run through. A few hypothetical questions of how I would approach certain tasks within the role.
