Best interview ever over my 25-year career. The recruiter was excellent: regular follow-ups; put me in a position to succeed. The hiring manager was affable and put me at ease. Was excited that he "flip the script" and sold me on the company first. At which point, I was able to speak confidently about why I would be a good fit and team member.

The interview process was vague, the hiring manager didn't state clearly what he expected from the position through the JD. It seems that he wants someone with experience of >7 years but says that no matter year of experience. It leads to waste of time

I had an interview with the VP and BU Head, but the VP seemed disinterested, asked irrelevant questions, and interrupted frequently. No follow-up from HR afterward. It felt like a waste of time.
