I applied online, received an email the next day asking me to do a virtual interview. There are approximately 10 questions, you have a couple of minutes to think of your response & then your answers are recorded. It took less than 30 minutes. I received an email approximately 3 weeks later giving me a choice of 2 dates to do a virtual 1:1 interview. When I submitted my confirmation, I received an email that contained 3 possible scenarios that I was expected to role play during the interview. The interviewer opened the interview by asking questions verifying my previous work history, then proceeded to tell me all the perks of working for Hilton, finally we got to the role playing. After it was completed, she offered me the position.
