It begin via text which was very suspicious to me. I reached out via email to make sure it was legit. It was. After passing the texting questions, you have to record video responses. I think you have 3 attempts per question. Lastly was a phone interview in which I was offered the position
Interview was relaxed and informative. Recruiter gave an overview of the job description and the benefits offered. Explained the selection of the permanent schedule. Offered me the position on the spot.
