I was recruited by another sales manager. I first interviewed with HR Manager, filled out application and took and assessment questionnaire. I then returned for a second interview, met with the GM. The whole process took about 2 weeks. They chose me out of 6 other candidates.
Followed by a drug test.

If you want to work at a place that values experience, look elsewhere. They want to pay as little as possible so ultimately that brings in garbage managers that dont know what they are doing.
Zoom virtual event with upper management. I waited 45 minutes after scheduled call for interview to begin. The interview was brief and professional and I was encouraged to apply ASAP
